How do I register for the parade?

Click here to complete registration form, submit release form and pay registration fee.

Before November 15: $40. After November 15th: $50

When is the last day I can register?

Registration closes Wednesday, December 4 @ 5pm.

Where can I view the parade?

You can view the parade anywhere along the Alameda or Oakland sides of the estuary, between Jack London Square and Fortman Marina.

What time does the parade start?

Just after sundown - around 5:30pm.

What if I have a parade question?

Will the parade go on if it is raining?

Yes, the parade will run rain or shine.

 Do I have to attend the skippers meeting?

All skippers (or their representative) must attend the skippers meeting to receive their boat number and entry gift. Boats not represented at the skippers meeting will not be allowed in the parade.

Our boat won a prize! Where can I pick it up?

All prizes will be available after the parade at Oakland YC, Tuesday thru Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

 

Can I get a refund if I decide not to participate?

No refunds. All registrations will be donated to LYP charities
